Prints are custom made to order and can't be returned.
In case of damage, defective product, error, or other things that don't go quite right, Printist will refund or send replacement product at no extra charge. If you received the incorrect product, you may be required to return it (with Printist paying for shipping) to receive your refund or replacement. At our discretion, Printist may correct errors where you elect to receive a replacement through sending partial product (e.g. If you get a framed print where the print is right and the frame is wrong, we may only send a new frame for you to swap out). To receive a refund or replacement, you must contact Printist about the error within 14 days of receiving your product.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We currently ship to the US and Canada. Though we hope to in the future, we don't currently ship to other locations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Arrival dates are not guaranteed! Though carriers and lead times are usually very reliable, delays are possible.
Most items are produced directly by Printist and ship within 3 business days. However, some items are produced and shipped from artists and their shipping times may vary. Check the availability details on the product you are considering for more information.
Printist currently collects sales tax in Colorado. Printist doesn't collect sales tax in other states and it is your responsibility to remit the appropriate tax to your local tax agency.
Color and Size
We work closely with artists to produce prints in the colors that they intended. However, different monitors display color differently, so it's possible that the print you receive won't match exactly how it appeared on your monitor. Exact color matching is not guaranteed.
The product images shown may vary slightly based on the final size that you select. In some cases we have to crop a small amount of the original to make it fit the size.
All copyrights of the art are owned by the original artists. Copyrights of the product photography are owned by Printist. You may not use any images from Printist for any reason without our expressed permission.
